  • Visa rejections, delays, or denials by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

  • Rejections by universities, institutions, or employers.

  • Change of mind, personal reasons, or withdrawal after services have commenced.

How to Request a Refund:

Application & Processing Fees

All application and processing fees are non-refundable once the process has been initiated, as they cover administrative costs and third-party services

University Application Fees

These are non-refundable as per university/college policies.

Visa Processing Fees

Fees paid towards visa processing are non-refundable, even in the case of visa rejection.

Training & Coaching Services

Refunds are not applicable once training sessions or courses have commenced.

Flight Bookings & Travel Assistance

Refunds are subject to airline and travel agency policies and may vary depending on the booking terms.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven error or negligence on our part. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the issue and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
