• While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, Premass Overseas is not liable for any inadvertent errors or outdated content on the website.

All documents submitted by the student (including academic certificates, financial proofs, work experience letters, etc.) must be authentic.

We do not verify the authenticity of documents and take them in good faith. The student is solely responsible for their accuracy and validity.

Any consequences arising due to false or misrepresented documents will be the sole responsibility of the student.

Visa approvals and university admissions are at the discretion of the respective immigration authorities and educational institutions.

Premass Overseas provides guidance only and does not guarantee visa approvals or admissions.

All service fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Payments are applicable for consultation, application processing, training, visa filing, and other services as per the package.

Our job placement services include resume building, interview preparation, and job application support.

Final job selection depends on employer discretion, and we do not guarantee job placement.

We assist students in connecting with banks and financial institutions for education loans. Approval is solely based on the lender’s terms.

Premass Overseas is not responsible for rejections, interest rates, or other loan policies.

• ​All franchising and collaborations are governed by a separate legal agreement which must be signed before commencement.

You agree not to misuse the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend access for any activity that violates our terms.
